Conflict of Interest Disclosure

A conflict of interest reflects a relationship with any entity producing goods or services related to the topic such as having a book in-print, course provider, stock ownership, or board membership.
General Information
  • APTA Maryland’s Spring Meeting- A Mini CSM is our annual educational gift to members celebrating and spotlighting the many local Clinical Specialists in various settings and practice areas. As this is a free event for members, there is not an honoraria for accepted proposals. This is a virtual virtual event held on a Saturday each March).

  • The fall conference is a joint event with APTADC and is held in person on a Saturday in November each year. There is an honoraria of $150/hour for the fall conference.  Questions?
Instructions for Session Submissions
  • Courses must be 2-5 hours in length. 
  • Slides / Handouts must be provided at least one week in advance of the event
  • You must include a disclosure slide


APTAMD supports courses that:

  • Demonstrate a direct impact on improving patient care; OR
  • Provide knowledge and skills that can be applied immediately; OR
  • Highlight emerging practices and new perspectives


Evidence Based Content
Minimum of 5 to 7 current bibliographic references, no more than 7 years old (2015 and later).

Submissions will be asked to provide information on level of evidence based on CDC guidance.

  • If one of the options is not selected your submission will not be processed.
