What is the dress for the conference?

Suggested attire throughout the conference is business casual unless otherwise

Photograph Policy

I understand that I may be photographed and/or audio/video recorded during this APTAMD event. By registering for this conference, I hereby give and grant to APTAMD the irrevocable right, permission, and license to take photos and/or audio/video record me at this event and publish, reproduce, and otherwise use the photos and audio/video recording in all forms and media for educational, trade, web, advertising, and all other lawful purposes without compensation. I realize and discharge APTAMD from all forms of claims and liability related to my photo and audio/video recording. I agree that the photos and audio/video recording shall be the sole property of APTAMD and I grant, assign and transfer to APTAMD all necessary rights to that effect.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Early bird registration must be postmarked by September 14, 2025.

Cancellation requests made before September 14, 2024 will be refunded in full.

A 20% handling charge will be assessed for cancellation requests post-marked between September 15- October 24, 2025.

No refunds for cancelled registrations or no-shows after October 25th.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Do you have discounted group registration?

Yes, APTAMD offers discounts when 3 or more register at one time.

What is the Policy for Handouts?

Handouts may not be reproduced or distributed, whether in print or electronic form, without permission of the speaker(s).
