The APTA of Maryland is proud to bring in Jerry Durham and Will Boyd to dive into the data and story behind the client experience and sales/marketing pipeline.

Come 2025 then we will select four separate private practices in the state of Maryland where we will go to their location for in person events diving into their own scorecards. We will put them into the hot seat to not only understand the data but the story behind the data and how to keep their business moving forward.
Understanding your numbers (perhaps even just tracking them in the first place!) and the story they convey are crucial to creating a sustainable business. These events at the private practices will be “closed door” events where no recording or media will be allowed. We want the people in person to have transparent and honest conversations with one another regarding their businesses, as that is one of the best ways we can grow together as a profession.
