Both the APTA and APTAMD are important resources for DPT and PTA students in Maryland. Our diverse student group, the Student Special Interest Group (SSIG), is full of hard working and dedicated students who represent the future of the physical therapy profession.

Our School Partners demonstrate their support of the physical therapy profession statewide and instill the importance of professional membership in their students throughout their career.

APTAMD seeks to enhance physical therapy education and develop meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities by offering services and marketing opportunities that provide mutual benefits to partners with APTAMD.

DPT programs make an annual pledge of $500 and PTA programs make an annual pledge $250.

Our School Partners may take advantage of exclusive opportunities to promote their organization:

• 12 month placement of school logo and live link to school website on “Becoming a PT/PTA” webpage (value $400)
• Use of APTAMD’s Partners Logo

• Year-round opportunity to submit feature articles promoting school and faculty accomplishments and accolades to be published in APTAMD’s Digital News
